1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pk1111 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk1111.lat ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the pk1111 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during the use of our services:

• You are registering exclusively on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;

Account Security

You agree not to share your account credentials with any other person, and pk1111 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

pk1111 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted through the Platform. However, you acknowledge that no digital transmission system is entirely immune to interception, and you agree to take reasonable precautions to protect your account, including using a strong and unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

pk1111 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. Acceptable documents include government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk1111 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). We support the following payment methods for Filipino players:

Deposits

Deposits are processed in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited to your account, depending on your bank's processing schedule. pk1111 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made using a payment method held in your own name. pk1111 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match your registered account details, the deposit may be returned and the relevant account may be reviewed for compliance.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) hours during normal business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one (1) to two (2) business days.

pk1111 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

pk1111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available only to players who meet the specified eligibility criteria for each promotion, which may include minimum deposit thresholds, account age requirements, or game-specific restrictions.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the pk1111 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. It is the Player's responsibility to understand these rules prior to placing any wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. pk1111 will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except in circumstances where an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred.
• pk1111 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been incorrectly priced due to a manifest technical error. Players will be notified of any such voidance and the relevant stake will be returned.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the result as determined by the relevant official governing body or the Platform's game provider shall be considered final.
• The use of any automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets on the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk1111 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from network interruptions, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities;
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Platform content or pricing;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security practices;
• Any third-party actions, including but not limited to payment processor failures or delays.

pk1111 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain categories of damage is not permitted, pk1111's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

pk1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules applicable to specific games or promotions;
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
• Failure to pass mandatory KYC or age verification requirements;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or match-fixing;
• Use of automated betting software or systems;
• Repeated creation of accounts in violation of the single-account policy;
• Chargebacks initiated against pk1111 without valid justification;
• Any conduct that pk1111 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or otherwise harmful to other players or Platform staff.

Upon account closure, any bonus funds credited to the account will be forfeited. Verified cash balances in closed accounts will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to pk1111.

11 Disputes & Complaints

pk1111 is committed to resolving all player disputes in a fair, timely, and transparent manner. If you wish to raise a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the Platform or your account, the following process applies:

All disputes must be submitted within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. pk1111 will not consider disputes submitted after this period.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

pk1111 operates in a manner consistent with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming is lawful in their specific jurisdiction.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pk1111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements, in which case they may take effect immediately.
